Billing & Payments
We offer flexible billing to fit your needs:
One-time jobs: Payment is required before the service is provided.
Ongoing contracts: Most customers choose monthly billing on the 1st of each month, covering services provided that month.
Prepaid plans: We also offer 6- and 12-month prepaid agreements with special discounts.
Custom terms: Other arrangements can be discussed with your account manager.
For ongoing services, we typically require a refundable deposit. This helps reserve your schedule and ensures consistency. Details are always discussed up front.
Yes — all new customers in Florida who sign a 12-month contract before December 31, 2025, receive one month of service free. We also provide additional savings for prepaid 6- and 12-month agreements.
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, ACH, direct deposit, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, checks, and cash.
We don’t automatically raise prices every year. The only exceptions are if there are significant changes in the industry (e.g., supply costs) or if a promotional period has ended.
